Trustee services include acting as trustee of Guernsey trusts and employee benefit schemes. Corporate services encompass the incorporation and management of companies in Guernsey and other low-tax jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas. In addition, the Company provides management and administrative services to Guernsey collective investment schemes and to the general partners of limited partnerships established in Guernsey and elsewhere.
