Federal is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission and has a full fiduciary licence under he Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000. The Company is also licensed under The Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987 to provide management, administration, advising, custody, promotion, subscription, registration and dealing services in relation to general securities and derivatives.
